TERMS OF USE – TRADERS MENTORS HUB

Introduction

Welcome to Traders Mentors Hub (collectively, the “Website” “Service” or “Platform”), by continuing, you signify acceptance and compliance with the following Terms of Use (the “Agreement” or “Terms”).

The terms “Traders Mentors Hub”, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tradersmentorshub.com or the Platform.

The term “Mentors” or “educators” refer to users (individuals or institutions) who provide training programmes, financial education, information or materials for Traders, Mentees or Students on the Traders Mentors Hub platform.

The term, “Mentee”, “Student”, “You” or “Your” refers to the entity, user or individual who is accessing the Service purchasing learning materials and programmes on the platform under this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

Your use of our Website or platform constitutes your binding acceptance and compliance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make, whether you are a “Visitor” (simply browsing Tradersmentorshub.com) or you are a “Member” (you have registered with Tradersmentorshub.com). In either instance, you are a “User” of the Service. If you wish to become a Member or make use of the Service, you must read and agree to this Agreement during the registration process.

We may modify these Terms at any time without notice to you by posting revised Terms on the platform. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Website to determine if there have been changes to these Terms and to review such

changes. If, at any time, you do not wish to accept the terms and conditions of service, you may refrain from using the site.

This Agreement also constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Website, the content, products, or services provided by or through the Website, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Traders Mentors Hub is a marketplace platform that connects users (“Mentees”, “Traders” “Students”) with independent mentors (“Mentors” and “Educators”) through our verified mentorship platform. The Platform evaluates Mentors based on an application process, including financial education attained and training/mentorship experience. However, we do not guarantee results, financial gains, or the accuracy of the information provided by Mentors.

DISCLAIMER

Traders Mentors Hub is NOT affiliated with any mentor (individual or institution) on the platform. All mentors and educators on the platform are independent and in no way affiliated with Traders Mentors Hub.

The content provided by mentors on Tradersmentorshub is for informational and educational purposes only.

No information presented by mentors constitutes a recommendation by Traders Mentors Hub to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial product, Cryptocurrency or instrument or to engage in any specific investment strategy.

Any opinion, news, research, analyses, prices, or other information contained on this website is provided as general market education and does NOT constitute investment advice. Traders Mentors Hub will not accept liability for any loss or damage, including without limitation to, any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on

ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

By accessing the platform & services, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws in your country of residence.

Registration on this platform is void where prohibited. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age required

by the laws in your country of residence to use the

Service. The Service is not intended for those under the age of

18.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about

yourself during registration;

• Maintain the security of your password and username/email

address;

• Not share your login details with anyone;

• Maintain and promptly update the registration information, and

any other information you provide to Traders Mentors Hub, to

keep it accurate, current, and complete;

• Be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any

actions that take place using your account.

• Use the Service without violating any applicable law or

regulation.

• Represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent

to enter into, and abide by this Agreement.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, LINKS, AND

ADVERTISEMENTS

Traders Mentors Hub takes no responsibility for, nor does it endorse or recommend, any third-party advertisements or sponsorships that are posted on the Website or through the Service, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods, services, or content provided by third-parties outside of the website.

Mentors and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted for inclusion on the platform is accurate and complies with applicable laws. You will not hold Tradersmentorshub, its subsidiaries, and or affiliates responsible for the illegality or any error, inaccuracy, or problem with the advertisement or sponsorship materials on the website.

Inclusion of any linked Third-Party website on Traders Mentors Hub does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by Traders Mentors Hub, its subsidiaries, and or affiliates. If you decide to access the Third-Party websites, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern.

MENTOR’S TERMS OF USE/AGREEMENT

In these terms of use; your content means:

• All works and materials (including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, audio-visual material, scripts software and files) that you submit to us or transmit via our platform for storage or publication or onward transmission; and

• All communications on the Tradersmentorshub website including opinions and comments.

MENTOR’S CONTENT

Your content in accordance with these terms and conditions must be accurate complete and truthful.

Your content must be appropriate, civil and tasteful and accord with generally accepted standards of etiquette and behaviour on the internet and must not:

be offensive, obscene, indecent, pornographic, lewd

suggestive or sexually explicit;

depict violence in an explicit graphic or gratuitous

manner; or

be blasphemous in breach of racial or religious hatred or discrimination legislation;

be deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, anti-social, menacing, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory;

cause annoyance inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person; or

constitute spam.

LEGALITY OF CONTENT

Your content must not be illegal or unlawfully infringe any person's legal rights or be capable of giving rise to legal action against any person (in each case in any jurisdiction and under any applicable law). Your content must not infringe or breach:

• any copyright, moral right, database right, trademark right, design right, right in passing off or other intellectual property right;

• any right of confidence, right of privacy or right under data protection legislation;

• any contractual obligation owed to any person; or • any court order.

MENTOR VERIFICATION PROCESS

• We evaluate and verify Mentors through an application

process requiring means of Identity, proof of training/mentorship experience, and other relevant certifications & documentation. Mentors verification is necessary to ensure that the platform is on-boarding individuals and not robots.

MENTOR CONFIDENTIALITY

Mentors must not use our platform to link any website or

web page consisting of or containing material that would were it posted on our platform breach the provisions of these terms and conditions.

Mentors must not submit to our platform any material that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

Mentors must not interfere with a transaction by contacting a mentee or user to carry on a payment transaction outside of our platform; or

Communicate with a user involved in an active or completed transaction to warn them away from a particular mentor, course or service; or

Contact users on the platform with the intent to collect any payment outside the frame work of the platform.

You acknowledge that all users of the Tradersmentorshub are solely responsible for interactions with other mentors and you shall exercise caution and good judgment in your

communication with users. You shall not send or request of them personal information including credit card details.

Without prejudice to other rights under these terms of use, if you breach our rules on content in any way or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached our rules on content we may delete, remove or edit any or all of your profile and content.

BUSINESS MODEL

• Traders Mentors Hub operates a business model that allows mentors and educators to host their students on our platform, with a 2% platform fee for mentors that host or offer paid services utilising the mentorship and mixed community on our platform.

• A monthly subscription fee of $50 for mentors and educators who may utilise our Special Community to offer free services to their students.

• The fees that the platform charges are strictly for hosting, tools, maintenance and exposure and NOT for the content provided by mentors.

PROHIBITION OF SALES OF BOTS

• Sales of ROBOTS that execute trades on behalf of individuals are not allowed on the platform.

• Any Expert Advisors (EA) also known as Robots that execute trade on behalf of the individuals/mentees are PROHIBITED from being sold on the platform.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the Platform.

INDEMNIFICATION

•      You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradersmentorshub, its affiliates, and employees from any

claim, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traders Mentors Hub and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• Losses resulting from reliance on Mentor’s advice or services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
